I was a painfully shy Irish/Italian Jersey girl who spent most of my time dancing on our back porch while dreaming of being on Broadway. After a few decades of training, I landed my first job dancing on the international tour of Fosse, starring Ben Vereen. While on another tour in Europe, I was encouraged by the director to pursue acting when I returned to NYC. I took his advice, studied Meisner at the Ward Studio and during that time became a Radio City Rockette after auditioning for seven years.
Life as a Rockette was challenging and intense. Four show days seemed impossible at first, but I quickly built the stamina, resilience and work ethic which I now carry into everything I do. One of my favorite memories was when my hat fell below my eyes during opening night in the iconic Parade of The Wooden Soldiers.
My life has changed very much since being a Rockette. I worked with disabled and autistic clients at a hospital, which taught me more about patience and compassion than anything I have ever done before. I am passionate about health and fitness and am currently a personal trainer and AFLAC agent. I continue to merge my love of dance, acting and human connection by telling stories that move, challenge and inspire.
